56th RAK – Nigeria is in the house

56th RAK – 4 Feb 2017; 4:00 pm

  • Food Town, Huffmister and Cypress North Houston. I was there for the second time in the past 2 days.  But, today was different. As I pulled into the first handicap space, I notices 2 people walking toward the store.  It was a man and a woman.  I found out later that they were both from Nigeria, it was a Veronica Gbeinzi and her brother-in-law.  They still had 10 or 15 feet before they were in front of my car.   As I got out, they walked directly in front of my car.  That’s when the woman stopped. Before I go any further, I must tell you where I was coming back from.  The Church Without Wall, Saturday morning Men’s Fellowship Breakfast.  If I have missed 2 breakfasts in the past 3 years, I might have missed 2 breakfasts.  I say that to say, that I am usually, always at the Men’s Breakfast every Saturday from 7:00 to 9:00. I told a few of the brothers at the breakfast that I am amazed by the amount of energy they give me.  It is something to be surrounded by this many disciples.  I take their energy with me everywhere I go. Now back the RAK. The lady stopped and turned around and approached me.  She asked if I was a pastor or a minister?  I said “I beg your pardon ma’am.” She said that as she and her brother-in-law walked in front of my car, something told her to stop, turn around, and ask him to pray for you.  Wow!! Really, Holy Spirit?? So, we joined hands and I prayed for her right then and there. Ain’t God good all the time.  Her brother-in-law had walked in the store.  When we finished praying, I told her that I wanted to meet him.  So, we both walked in to Food Town. I asked them how important was it to listen to Holy Spirit.  We all agreed.  That when I told them what Holy Spirit sent me there to do.  I handed her the $200 and they were blown away.  She asked “Are you telling me that Holy Spirit sent you here to give me this?”  I said “Yes, in fact, this is the second time I was here looking for you.  Praises to His holy name. I told her to call everyone she knew and tell them what God did for you this day.
