73rd RAK – 17 Oct 2017; 3:15 pm
- Food Town, Huffmister and Cypress North Houston. Once again, I can hear from The Holy Spirit loud and clear in this place. It was my second time in Food Town trying to do this RAK. I came on 14 Oct 2017 at 3:30, and the person I was supposed to bless just was not there. I have learned, about 70 RAKs ago, to stop grieving when I don’t feel led to anyone. I learned to chalk it up to the fact that the person I’m supposed to bless was not there. But, that has nothing to do with the fact that God put it in my heart to be a blessing to someone. So, I will be patient with my Lord and come back and look again. That’s just I did. This time in the store as I did my lap, I saw this young lady walking down by the milk aisle (she turned out to be Kathlyn Locke). But as I walked, I saw a mother and her teenage daughter coming down the aisle toward me. I greeted them and asked the $200 question: What church do you attend? Their reply was that they don’t go to church. So, I asked them if I could pray with them to find a good church home. After we finished, I told them to have a blessed day and kept looking. By now, I have caught up with the first lady I saw. I introduced myself and she was Kathlyn Locke. When I asked her the $200 question, she proudly stated Strong Faith Bible Church under Elbert Hinton. I smiled and asked my next 2 questions that I already know the answer to. I asked her if she believed in God and believed in The Holy Spirit. Of course, she said yes to both question. That’s when I told her what Holy Spirit sent me there to do. I also told her that was the second time I was in there looking for her. True be told, I tried to do this RAK an hour earlier but I was delayed…I felt such a strong urge from Holy Spirit, that I really needed to do this RAK on my way to my son’s school, instead of waiting until later. But, that’s what God looks like. He said “No, do it now Juan…I will get you where you need to be…when you need to be there. Kathlyn told me how she works for FEMA, and has not receive any jobs lately. The jobs translate to income and the income is needed for injuries her daughter suffered in Beaumont where she goes to school. Ain’t God right on time. We both praised His Holy Name and almost started shouting right there in Food Town.
