113th RAK – Working mother with 4 teenagers and a young granddaughter keeping it together.

113th RAK – 6 Dec 2018; 9:30 pm

  • Praise His Holy Name, because It deserves to be praised.  Last weekend was our 1st Annual Men’s Prayer Line Ministry Christmas Party.  And I am still giving Him praise following that fellowship.  I’ve said it before, ina previous RAK, it feels good to be around that many disciples.  I tell them, but I doubt that they realize just how much power their belief in God gives me, of all people.  Only God could do that.  This RAK didn’t take long.  In fact, it took place down the vegetable aisle, less than 90 seconds in the store.  I saw what appeared to be a strong mother engaging in a conversation with her 3 teenage daughters and 1 teenage son and a 3-year old granddaughter.  The mother‘s name was Elanna Lindsey; her and her family attend St. John Missionary Baptist Church, under Pastor Bennie Paul.  Her children were Page, 18 and her daughter Ava who is 3-year (what a cutie), Tara age 17, Madison age 16, and Chandler age 15.  What a beautiful family.  I asked how important it was to listen to Holy Spirit.  I find that when I start there, Christians are hesitant to not accept this blessing because I tell them, that Holy Spirit was the very thing that led me to them.  Listening to Holy Spirit is very significant in my life. And I stand so happy that Our Father in Heaven sent me that day.  Again…Praise His Holy Name!!  I made sure I told them it was Holy Spirit who sent me.  And He wanted them to know it was Him.  I told them, that He told me to make sure I told them that it was Him. Everybody was blown away at the awesomeness of God and the specificity of God. And how God saw this day…the day before we got here. I also gave them the Prayer Book my ministry has be Blessed enough to deliver.  I left them charged to call everybody they knew and tell them what God did for them that day.  Think about what would happen if just those 5-people told 10 people each about the awesomeness and specificity of God.  Hmm…do you think that would have 50 more people praising His Holy Name.
